Definitions

These general terms and conditions govern sales made by WASH SUPREME S.L. through the website https://washsupreme.shop.

By placing an order, you fully accept these general terms and conditions of sale, shipping, and returns.

Prices

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

WASH SUPREME S.L. reserves the right to change prices, products, promotions, or terms and conditions without prior notice.

Special offers and discounts

Unless otherwise specified, promotions and discounts do not apply to products in the PACKS category.

International shipments are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Payment Methods

Customers can pay by credit card, PayPal, Bizum, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or in-store pickup.

Products

The images, photographs, colors, and product descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.

All orders are subject to stock availability.

Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipments are made via GLS or a similar shipping carrier.

There will be no order pickups or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond the control of WASH SUPREME S.L.

International Shipping to Europe

We currently ship to certain European countries, organized by logistics zones.

International shipments are excluded from free shipping.

International rates are calculated based on the destination country, the total weight of the order, the package volume, and the assigned logistics zone.

Countries not available for shipping

We currently do not ship to Andorra, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Albania, Liechtenstein, San Marino, the Vatican, and Greenland.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

Returns

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the error is attributable to WASH SUPREME S.L.

We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tampered with, are missing their original packaging, have been customized, or have been damaged due to misuse.

For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened.

Incidents and Liability

WASH SUPREME S.L. shall not be liable for delays attributable solely to the shipping company or circumstances beyond the company’s control.

In the event of loss, damage, or any other issue during shipping, the customer must report it within 24 hours of receiving the order.
